Getting Started with EziLinks
Learn the essentials of EziLinks and shorten your first link in under a minute
Signing Up & Logging In
Head to ezilinks.com and click Sign Up, or jump straight to app.ezilinks.com. You can register with email and password, then verify your email via a link from Postmark.
If you arrived via a product-specific landing page (for example the Digital Cards page), the signup flow will pre-select that path for you.
Understanding the Dashboard
After logging in, the Dashboard is your at-a-glance overview of how your links are performing. It displays four stat cards across the top:

Dashboard Stats Explained
- Total Links — the total number of short links you have ever created
- Total Clicks — all clicks across all your links, all time
- Links This Month — links created during the current calendar month
- Clicks This Month — clicks received during the current month
Pro Toolkit Dashboard Charts
Pro Toolkit users also see detailed analytics charts below the stat cards, including:
- Top Countries — where your clicks come from geographically
- Top Browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and more
- Top Devices — Mobile, Desktop, Tablet breakdown
- Top Operating Systems — Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux
- Top Referrers — which websites are sending traffic to your links
Creating Your First Short Link
Once you are logged in, creating a short link takes just a few clicks.
1 Go to Links
Click "Links" in the sidebar navigation.
Click "Links" in the sidebar to open the link management page
2 Click "Create New Link"
Click the blue "+ Create New Link" button at the top of the page. This opens the link creation form.
3 Enter Your Destination URL
Paste the long URL you want to shorten into the "Destination URL" field. This is the only required field.

4 Click "Create Link"
Click the blue "Create Link" button. Your new short link is created instantly and appears in your links list, ready to share.
Choosing Your Path After Signup
The first time you log in, EziLinks asks how you plan to use the platform:
- Link Management — the standard Free tier with link shortening, QR codes, and the option to upgrade to Pro Toolkit or Agency later.
- Digital Cards — a focused $2.99/mo plan for users who only need digital business cards and one bio page. The sidebar in this mode is limited to Digital Cards, Bio Pages, Settings, and Help.
You can switch paths at any time from Billing & Settings.

Navigating the Platform
The sidebar (always pinned on the left on desktop) gives you access to every part of EziLinks:
- Dashboard — your stats overview with top-performing links and at-a-glance counters
- Links — create, view, edit, and delete all your short links. This is where you spend most of your time
- QR Codes — manage standalone QR codes with colours, logos, and branded styling
- Digital Cards — create and manage digital business cards with your contact details, social links and a personalised QR code
- Bio Pages — build Link-in-Bio landing pages with multiple links in one shareable URL
- Domains — add and verify branded short domains so your links use your own URL
- Analytics — the full analytics dashboard with click trends, geo, device, browser, referrer, and source charts
- Campaigns PRO — multi-stage funnels with the EziLinks tracking pixel for visitor journeys and conversions
- Pixels — set up retargeting pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) on individual links or platform-wide
- API — documentation and key management for the public REST API (Agency plan)
- Billing & Settings — update your profile, change your password, set up 2FA, manage your API key, and handle billing
