1. Go to Links from the navigation menu
2. Click the "Create New Link" button
3. Paste the long URL you want to shorten into the Destination URL field
4. Optionally add a custom alias (Pro Toolkit), tags, or comments
5. Click "Create Link"
6. Your short link (e.g., ezl.me/x8k2p) is ready to share!

Yes! Pro Toolkit and Agency plan users can create custom aliases for their short links.

Instead of ezl.me/abc123, you can create ezl.me/my-product or any custom text (3-50 characters, letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores allowed).

This makes links more memorable and branded for your audience.

Free plan users receive a randomly generated short code.

Password protection is available on the Pro Toolkit and above:

1. When creating or editing a link, click the Password button in the toolbar
2. Enter a password of your choice
3. Save your link

Anyone clicking the link will need to enter the password before being redirected. Perfect for sharing private content!

Edit: Yes, you can update the destination URL, tags, comments, password, and expiration at any time from Links. Click on a link row to expand it, then click the edit button. The short link itself remains the same.

Delete: Yes, you can delete links individually or in bulk using the checkboxes and "Delete Selected" button. Once deleted, the short link will no longer work. This action cannot be undone.

Every link gets a QR code automatically! When creating or editing a link, you'll see a QR code preview on the right side of the form.

Pro Toolkit users can also:

• Customise QR code colours
• Add a centre or corner logo
• Download in PNG or SVG format

For standalone QR codes (including Digital Business Cards), visit the QR Codes page from the navigation menu.

Custom domains are available on the Pro Toolkit and above (up to 5 domains):

1. Go to Domains from the navigation menu
2. Click "Add Custom Domain"
3. Enter your domain (e.g., links.yoursite.com)
4. Configure DNS records as shown (CNAME or A record)
5. Wait for DNS verification (usually 5-10 minutes)
6. Start creating links on your custom domain!

We recommend using a subdomain (like links.yoursite.com) rather than your main domain, so your existing website isn't affected.

Yes, but we strongly recommend using a subdomain instead.

Not Recommended: Using Your Main Domain

If your website is at example.com, pointing this domain to EziLinks will replace your website. Your site will no longer be accessible at that address.

Recommended: Use a Subdomain

Create a subdomain specifically for short links while keeping your main site intact:

• Main website: example.com (stays as is)
• Short links: links.example.com or go.example.com

This gives you branded links like links.mybusiness.com/promo while keeping your main website unchanged.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Airwallex:

Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed securely by Airwallex.

For Pro Toolkit and Agency subscriptions (monthly or annual), you can cancel at any time from Settings → Account Plan. You keep your features until the end of the current billing period.

If you purchased the Pro Toolkit Lifetime option, there is no subscription to cancel — you keep your Pro Toolkit features permanently.

When a subscription ends:

• You keep paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan (or Pro Toolkit Lifetime if purchased) when the period ends
• Your existing links continue to work, but premium features may be limited

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with EziLinks or experience any issues, please contact support@ezilinks.com and we'll do our best to help.

1. Go to Settings from the navigation menu
2. Scroll to the "Change Password" section
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter and confirm your new password (minimum 8 characters)
5. Click "Change Password"

API access is available on the Agency plan:

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Scroll to the "API Access" section
3. Click "Generate New Key" if you don't have one yet
4. Click "Copy" to copy it to your clipboard

Important: Keep your API key secret! If compromised, revoke it and generate a new one immediately from the same page.

To delete your account, contact us at support@ezilinks.com with your request.

What happens when you delete your account:

• All your short links will stop working
• Your data will be permanently deleted
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled
• This action cannot be undone

Yes! We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS)
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt
• We never store your credit card information
• CSRF protection on all forms
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
